What We Do
The Prayer Ministries department coordinates and promotes prayer throughout our church, recognising that prayer is the foundation of all effective ministry. We believe in the power of prayer to transform lives, heal relationships, and bring about God’s will.
Our activities include:
- Prayer Meetings: Weekly prayer meetings every Wednesday at 7:30 pm
- Prayer Chains: Organised prayer networks for urgent requests
- Intercessory Prayer Groups: Dedicated groups that pray for specific needs
- Prayer Walks: Prayer walks around our church and community
- 24-Hour Prayer Vigils: Special times of extended prayer for specific needs
- Prayer Requests: Systems for submitting and sharing prayer requests
- Prayer Training: Workshops on different types of prayer and effective intercession
- Prayer Partners: Matching people for mutual prayer support
- Testimony Sharing: Opportunities to share answers to prayer
We pray for the needs of our church members, our community, our nation, and the world. We also provide prayer support for special events, evangelistic meetings, and other church activities. Our goal is to create a culture of prayer where prayer is seen as essential, powerful, and accessible to everyone.

How to Get Started:
- Attend our weekly prayer meetings on Wednesdays at 7:30 pm
- Join a prayer chain or intercessory prayer group

- Attend prayer training workshops
Ways to Serve:
- Prayer Leader: Lead or co-lead prayer meetings or groups

- Intercessor: Commit to regular intercessory prayer for specific needs
- Prayer Partner: Be matched with someone for mutual prayer support
- Prayer Request Coordinator: Help collect and share prayer requests
- Event Prayer Coordinator: Organise prayer support for special events
- Prayer Walk Leader: Lead prayer walks in our community
